One license, held by your institution.

Your institution holds the Laboratory license and its administrators enroll members. Each member signs in with their own emailed code and uses the institution's plan.

  • Enroll colleagues

    Institution administrators enroll colleagues by email, from the plan itself or while inviting them to a workspace. Add a second administrator so enrollment and billing stay covered when you're away.

  • Private and shared workspaces

    Each member can create private workspaces and invite enrolled colleagues as Administrator, Editor or Viewer. Studies stay visible only to the people a workspace invites.

  • Billing with administrators

    Administrators subscribe through Stripe Checkout under the institution's business name and billing email, and only they can see invoices, change payment details or cancel.

  • Institutional records

    When a colleague leaves, the institution retains their workspaces, saved calculations and signed reports. An administrator can transfer workspace ownership, with the handover recorded.

    Your institution can start 3 new studies in any 24 hours, with 200 MB of shared storage. Example and walkthrough studies are extra.

    An administrator chooses monthly or yearly billing. The first payment is taken when the free week ends.

  4. After day 7

    Your work stays open

    Without a plan, members can still open studies, read results and download reports and workspace records. Saving resumes as soon as an administrator subscribes.

Billing details

Stripe stores payment details and sends invoices.

Changing or cancelling
Manage billing opens Stripe's billing page, where administrators update payment details, download invoices or cancel. Cancellation takes effect on the end date shown there. Administrators can switch between monthly and yearly billing after the original free week.
Purchase orders and annual invoices
Email hello@labruns.com to pay a yearly invoice by purchase order, or to change the billing period of an invoice-paid subscription.
