What we keep

- Deleted information leaves our backups as they are replaced.
- Payment details stay with Stripe, our payment processor. LabRuns never receives card numbers.
- Patient information is not permitted in LabRuns (Terms of Service, section 4).
How we handle it
- Sharing
- With the service providers that run LabRuns, with members of your institution as workspace permissions allow, and when the law requires. We never sell your information or use it for advertising.
- Cookies
- Only for sign-in and your settings. LabRuns uses no advertising or tracking cookies.
- Location
- Stored in the United States and encrypted.
- Your rights
- Change your name or delete your account in LabRuns. For a copy, correction or deletion of your information, email hello@labruns.com.
- Age
- LabRuns is for people aged 18 or older.
- Changes
- Posted on this page with a new effective date. Account holders are emailed about material changes.
